Our Outreach

Each and every day the Saint Paul Catholic Community lives its faith in both word and deed. Through our hands-on work and boots-on-the-ground initiatives, we are the heart and hands of Christ in the greater Valparaiso community. What we do, who we are is always rooted in Christ.

"If I do not perform my Father’s works, do not believe me; but if I perform them, even if you do not believe me, believe the works." - John 10:37-38

Located on the Saint Paul campus, St. Agnes Adult Day Service Center provides compassionate care for guests with Alzheimer's, dementia and memory loss who still live with their families, but need a safe, nurturing environment during the work day.

Our team provides healthcare management and medication administration, while also engaging our guests in Therapeutic activities, entertainment, socialization and appropriate exercise. For more information, visit https://www.stagnescentervalpo.org.

Our conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul provides more than $60,000 in emergency assistance to residents of Center Township each year. If you are finding yourself in an unexpected situation and are in need of food, clothing or housing assistance, contact our volunteer hotline at (219) 263-8142.

The Saint Paul Catholic Community, along with a number of other churches throughout Valparaiso, assists in staffing and stocking the Christian Food Pantry, located the corner of Chicago and Jefferson streets in downtown Valparaiso.

The Christian Food Pantry is open Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon. For more information about the pantry, you may call their office at (219) 465-0207.
